About the Presenters:

Greg Dubas is a Managing Partner at CORE Resource Group. With 17 years of professional recruiting experience, Greg understands how the right hire can impact your bottom line and is a true partner in identifying Communications and Public Relations talent in the healthcare, pharmaceutical & biotech industry.

With a strong network in Integrated Marketing, Greg works nationwide with both PR Agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Greg’s extensive contacts allow him to fill effectively positions of all levels, ranging from midcareer to “C” level executives within the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology spaces.


Tina Calo is the Director of Human Resources for Coyne PR. She is responsible for handling  multitude of HR functions. Her responsibilities include processing payroll, full cycle recruiting, managing Coyne’s onboarding process and internship program, benefits administration, and all HR administrative tasks.

Tina has over a decade of experience in the Human Resources field, with her prior experience in the medical industry working for a NJ based hospital and medical facility. A graduate of William Paterson University, Tina also holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification which she obtained in 2013.


Christina Stokes (she/her) is an award-winning talent management professional and executive recruiter. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Director of Talent Acquisition at RUBENSTEIN; a New York City based strategic communications and reputation management firm. She has extensive expertise developing and implementing high-level talent acquisition strategies, coupled with employer branding and visibility initiatives. She is passionate about refining and enhancing employee engagement, company culture, and diversity and inclusion efforts. She proudly serves as a founding member of RUBENSTEIN’s DEIA Council, on which she previously served as co-chair of the inaugural committee. Prior to her role in leadership with RUBENSTEIN, Christina was the Director of Talent Acquisition for MikeWorldWide (formerly MWWPR). Earlier in her career, she worked across a variety staffing agencies (Phifer & Company, Stephen-Bradford Search, and TTS Personnel).

Christina is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America and the PRSA New York chapter. She is a long-time contributor to the monthly PRSA Strategies & Tactics newspaper with her column, Hire and Seek. In 2022, she served as both a Board Member & Conference Co-Chair with the PRSA Tri-State Chapter, and as an Executive Board Member & VP Programs with PRSA-NY. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, in addition to their New York Chapter. Finally, she is a Council Member with the OnCon Senior Talent Acquisition Council.
