Danielle Devine, Global Leader, Enterprise Strategy & Communication, Johnson & Johnson
Danielle is responsible for all communications from the Office of the Chairman, and manages J&J’s state-of-the-art Content Lab and globally located Enterprise teams. During her tenure as Vice President, Public Relations, Consumer, Devine played a key role in making public relations a strategic tool in building business and product equity. Devine joined Corporate in 2011 as Vice President, Corporate Communication. She has developed many campaigns that received top industry awards, including PRSA’s Silver Anvil. In 2017 she was named one of PRNews’ Top Women in PR.
Bret Werner, President, MWWPR
Werner joined the agency as Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President, and quickly ascended to President, leading all geographical locations and practice groups to amplify creative, strategy, client service and implement best management practices for the 200+ person agency. After only a year, Werner has expanded the agency’s offerings, and hired more than 40 executives in creative, digital and account leadership. Previously, Werner was the co-founder of Catalyst, where he spearheaded the agency’s growth with global brand partnerships. He started his career at Taylor, where he became one of the youngest Vice Presidents and Managing Partners in the company’s history. Bret has been recognized as one of PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 winners and named to the magazine’s Global Powerbook 500 list.
Ken Jacobs, ACC, CPC, Principal, Jacobs Consulting & Executive Coaching
Jacobs Consulting & Executive Coaching helps communications organizations and executives exceed their goals and achieve breakthrough results, via training, consulting and executive coaching. Prior to launching his companies in 2007, Jacobs spent 25+ years in agency management and leadership, at such agencies as Ogilvy & Mather PR, and Marina Maher Communications, where he launched the agency training program. Jacobs’ column, “Taking The Lead” appears monthly in PRSA’s Public Relations Tactics. He has written on leadership for Public Relations Strategist and is a regular presenter on client service, business development, and leadership at PRSA Counselors Academy Spring Conference.
