JFK Communications Brings on Rutgers University Graduate
JFK Communications, a global strategic communications firm that partners with science and technology companies, healthcare organizations and non-profits to deliver meaningful messages that influence behavior, hired Jessica Stanek to the public relations firm.

Jessica was an active member of the Rutgers University PRSSA chapter for three years of her college career. She served on the chapter’s executive board for two years as the role of V.P. of Programming and Vice President of the chapter. It was through her PRSSA chapter that Jessica originally came across the opportunity at JFK Communications. Rutger’s PRSSA professional advisor, Ken Hunter, connected Jessica with fellow PRSA NJ member, David Patti who is the current Senior Vice President at JFK Communications and the current President-Elect of PRSA NJ.

Jessica was originally on-boarded as a part-time Account Coordinator as she finished her last semester at Rutgers. Through the months, Jessica displayed communications skills in the areas of media relations, social media strategy, and advocacy relations, making her an instrumental part of JFK’s client services team. Upon graduation, it did not take long for the part-time opportunity to turn into a full-time offer.

As an Account Coordinator at JFK Communications, Jessica supports account management activities for a number of key JFK clients. She provides overall project management leadership including planning and execution of program tactics, daily media monitoring, and media relations. Jessica ensures client initiatives are thoroughly researched and executed and contributes to the development of various communications materials. JFK is proud of Jessica’s performance as she continuously finds ways to better herself and her team.
