The term ‘in charge’ is an impressive title indeed.  But with it, inherently comes the fact that people want to kill you.  I’m hoping to follow the past leaders of PRSA NJ who have led our chapter successfully, kept us financially solvent and have increased our professional scope.  Most importantly they all made it out alive.

I believe people like us keep from getting killed through the support and expertise of our leadership team.  Our new board braved the sub-zero weather to join fellow PR colleagues at great kick-off dinner with award-winning journalist Brian Thompson of NBC New York in January.  I was grateful to meet our new members and to show my appreciation to those who continue to serve us in 2014.
